Introduction

Hello world,
  My name is Corey. about 4 years ago I got into fitness and nutrition. I started just walking on a treadmill, or outside. Literally that is all. But my weight loss, wasn't what I wanted. So I found out how to key in my nutrition. And I ended up losing 115lbs.
  Now, did I use supplements? Yes. Did they help, I'd like to think a little. Did I need them? No. ( I will get more into detail at a later time).
  I migrated to P90X, but still I didn't feel right. Finally, I got into a gym, and started lifting. I went through many trials and tribulations. Finally, I found a method that works for me. I'm not saying it's the only right method. But, I'm willing to share my knowledge with you all.

  By no means am I "fit" or am I a model for the fitness industry. But, I know my way around a kitchen and a gym.
  In this blog, I will be getting into details about:

-Fitness
-Nutrition
-Motivation
-Recipes
-Supplements
-Miscellaneous items.

Now, These will all be broken down into detail.
I will outline, what it means to be primal.
Why you should be primal.
"Organic" and what exactly that means.
Your mindset and attitude.
And a multitude of other things.

This blog is in no way shape or form, all information I personally have found. I have just been researching different things. And, would like to share my knowledge and my experiences with everyone.
In no way shape or form, do I take any credit for the information here. Except from my personal life.

I hope you follow me, and learn a little yourself. I believe in "sharing the wealth" if you will.
I know many people search for the "get fit quick" scams. And the "lose weight fast" methods.
Well, I will tell you why that is both wrong, and destructive to go down that path.
